How can i backup my grindcraft progress?

So I recently found grindcraft again, and i found a website that would save my progress, but i want to make a clean install of windows on my pc. I already have some progress on the game, tho its a game thatt you really wouldnt necesaraly want to save your game progress on, i would like to do it. I play it on a website called grindcraft.fbrq.io/grindcraft/index.html, which shows up as "Funny Games" when i enter the website. How can i export my save? Thanks!

P.S. : i know that the flair shouldnt be tutorial but i dont see a "help" or "support" flair and the "None" flair tells me "Customization is disabled" or something like that
