I know it's not your job, but you can do the following:
Disable widgets/news and weather
Disable notifications from anything but Microsoft and business-oriented software such as your anti virus
Disable notifications from websites
Unpin unnecessary items from the start
Stop unnecessary items from starting up in task Manager
That handles most of it.
I also like to reset the task bar back to the classic look, remove the search bar, Windows store, and task view button.
