I.e. your gender identity is the same as what you were assigned at birth, therefore cis. Another prefix that would fit well, as it means "the same as/equal/alike" would be homo. Perhaps we should indulge Elon's wishes and instead use the term homogender or homo, for short. I'm sure he'd love that.
