I wish we had Google Play Music again. It really was an excellent app and had flawless suggestions for me I always enjoyed, and truly the most intuitive mixes. Google is evil of course, but honestly one of the best features was the listing of bands playing near you in the upcoming weeks, I went to so many shows because I'd try their music via the GPM suggestions.

I listen to the Henry Rollins show on KCRW to try to get into new music but despite my appreciation of him I find his music tastes repetitive. How many weeks in a row can I listen to the Jesus and Mary Chain?

I still use it because I will not give Spotify money, and Apple Music is SUPER Caucasian and repetitive, I still like YTM the best, but it is way shitty. I hate the video function.

I get gift cards for Amazon because I used survey apps that pay me money and I have made quite a bit. So Amazon stuff is always free stuff for me basically. But Prime is worthless. Prime Video has absolutely nothing worth watching, and last week I ordered hair dye on my husband's Prime account on Saturday and it didn't arrive until Thursday, so what's the point?

Qmee is excellent actually. I usually make 5 bucks a day and it adds up. I also use Attapoll, Leger Opinion, and Survey Spin. I've bought myself a ton of stuff this way.

I didn't use Twitter for a decade but occasionally still read my feed until fuckface took over, and then deleted it. But the other day I wondered if someone I knew of who was palliative is still alive so I googled his Twitter, and for some reason they had mercy and let me see he is indeed still living, albeit really incapacitated. So thanks for not being shitty for one second Twitter, and now I hope you die off as a platform and are replaced by the fediverse.

My CW gets to work at 630 am despite having absolutely no reason to do so as the role she does doesn't start until 8 and she's just there to check people in, and stays late to sanitize her desk every day. I wander in at 829 and clock out at 423. Fuck it. I'm in a union for a reason.
