Im not sure that hypothesis fits. At the end she gets captured and delivered to the dude. In that scene everybody interacts with both characters. Also if I remember correctly, when they are both hugging in the support group, the therapist approach them, looks at them both "supporting" each other and nods. That scene wouldnt make sense if he was there alone just standing by himself.

oh I agree with you, my point is that remote work is part of the solution, not the solution.

Downtowns can become very nice neighborhoods once all those offices and car space are transformed in housing, parks and walkable spaces.

Losing 3 hours of your life per day stuck in traffic, polluting the planet, spending money you dont have in gas and downtown lunches so your colleague can tell you all about the weather and you can assist to the same meetings on video calls with people that are in another country... yay...
