What can you get to within a 15-minute walk of your house?

A recent YouGov survey asked Americans what they think they should be able to get to within a 15-minute walk of their house.

Of these choices, I can currently walk to all of them from my apartment, aside from a university (no biggie, I'm not currently studying, although there is a Tafe within walking distance), a hospital, and a sports arena.

How many can you get to with a 15 minute walk from your house?

I do have a local GP within that distance though so i'm fine with not having a hospital within walking distance. Plus there is a hospital not too far away, just not within 15 mins.

I have a college about 25 mins walk away too

I live in the centre of a large british town though so having everything on my doorstep is kind of expected

yeah, local football stadium. not a premier league stadium but would qualify for "sports stadium" imo

You can set VSCode to autosave pretty much every keystroke. you should be able to do that for all office apps too IMO

and it's youtubers i had never previously watched

dropped it when they sent me the emails about adding ads, gf was halfway through a season of supernatural though so set it to expire at the end of the month.

they just took the next payment anyway and carried on my subscription. i had to go on again, cancel... again, and get a refund.

Imagine living in the 2020's in the developed world and not realizing that internet access is a basic necessity.

Then imagine being the sort of person who would deny poor people basic necessities

Embarrassingly recently a load of people were i worked (including me) downloaded from some sketchy website and installed a snow effect and christmas tree generator on our work PCs just added christmassy overlay over what you're doing.

I shudder to think of it now
