    From what I understand, "whispers" were what private messages were called on twitch. And it's "then existing," I don't use twitch, but I guess it doesn't exist anymore, that's what they mean. Pretty poor wording though, don't blame you for not knowing what the hell they mean.

    Beats Skype for Business too, which was Microsoft's previous offering. And it was BAD.

    I had almost no problems. Starting up plasma took longer than expected the first time, one widget was broken/out of date, and the bouncing activation animation on items on the taskbar isn't working anymore (haven't seen anyone else with this problem yet). Overall not too bad.

    Part of it is that the people here have an air of superiority for being in the secret techie club lmfao. It's as annoying and tribalistic as the stupid "what time does the narwhal bacon?" bullshit from early reddit. I also think the whole concept just attracts shut-in tech types who know a lot about privacy and Linux, but aren't very good at the whole social thing.

    I don't care if anyone has a Xiaomi, Oneplus, Samsung, etc. Each brand is using a modified version of Android, and they chose to be compatible with each other. But for example the "blue vs green bubble" drama is a thing specifically because of Apple locking their unsuspecting users into a closed ecosystem. And it sure isn't...

    It's actually insane how difficult it can be to find settings in windows. Especially when the indexing breaks for the 1000th time and you can't just search for it in the start menu.
