I don't know what everyone means when they use 'rule' in the title and at this point I'm too afraid to ask. Please enlighten me.

Sometimes some of my automations don't trigger, so when I look at the trace to find out why, I'll see something like unknown entity. Does anyone know what's happening and how to fix it?

Don’t use the names of radicals to endorse your watered down reformism. There’s a reason radicals get killed, and reformists get positions in cabinets. One actually threatens the status quo, one reinforces it.
