It's literally in a thread where a guy tells women it's their fault their nudes were leaked. I'm not sure what other 'interpretation' one would make here.

Someone makes an analog video/takes pictures with someone/etc, and it gets moved revenge porn - by far the most frequent way (non-famous) people's nudes are leaked - there's not some data pirate or whatever stealing it, it's someone with direct access to it. Unless we're saying people should be psychic and know what everyone around them will do, there's no way to 100% prevent this.
