🏳️‍⚧️Trans: a place for trans community and support🏳️‍⚧️

Are you a trans person? Are you feeling the sore lack of a general trans community on lemmy.blahaj.zone? Do you miss going on r/Trans all the time and want a lemmy alternative? Well look no further, because now there is one!...

Good luck with this!

Interestingly enough, I always thought that Blahaj had a !trans community as they are a queer instance at their core, but it seems it wasn't the case.

Seppo: Personal Social Web (seppo.social)

#Seppo empowers you to publish short texts (and images yet to come) and to network in the Social Web. By renting commodity web space and dropping a single file. Without being subject to terms and conditions. Without having to fret about small print or tech lore. And without the need for an IT-consultant. But rather having a...

Looks interesting, I find it quite clear.

Just couldn't find the creds for the demo instance, but could still see what it would look like. Thanks for sharing!

Don't !reddit and !reddit already fit this purpose?

And you won't find pro Reddit people here

I dug back into my profile to find the most recent time it happened to me https://sh.itjust.works/comment/7640949.

I had a look and those links point to a thread in !asklemmy, which is not !reddit nor !reddit!reddit. Both those communities are pretty much anti-Reddit.

Anyway, feel free to create another one, but be prepared for most of the people to just stick to those two, as they are well established and have large userbases

They are large comparative to Lemmy's current size

There's a balance to be found between avoiding concentration and spreading too thin. There are multiple gaming communities, there's only one for Legos

Today I learn about the Ayom project, seems very nice!
