I distinctly remember growing up hearing there's not even a .01% margin for error on spacecraft. That they must be so durable to withstand the conditions of leaving/reentry and the shuddering vibrations. I realize it's different, but the big fear is always having another Challenger. Challenger didn't just break up, it exploded into 2 pieces on national television. " teacher going to space" had a TV in every classroom across the country watching it.

Helium seems used in the modern rocket to keep hot gas pipes separate from cold liquid fuel. 3 minutes before launch the system is charged and maintained by ground, just before ignition it's disengaged and the system has to support itself. The helium on board only needs to stay pressurized for the 7 minutes or so it takes before the thrusters are spent, and purged, and that's why they don't view it as an issue. But still sounds like fuckass Boeing being ok gambling with lives while NASA shrugs - again.

Above average complexity card in Yugioh when I started- Great Moth

This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing "Petit Moth" on the 4th of your turns after "Petit Moth" has been equipped with "Cocoon of Evolution".

Great Moth card effect fits as size 8 or so font. Clearly legible.

Average complexity I see onYugioh cards now - Mirage Swordsman

If a face-up FIRE Fusion Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon this card from your GY (if it was there when the monster was destroyed) or hand (even if not). At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster: You can destroy both battling monsters. If this card is destroyed by battle or another card's effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower monster that is "Flame Swordsman" or mentions it, from your Deck or Extra Deck. You can only use each effect of "Mirage Swordsman" once per turn.

At this stage not only are fonts dropped to something like 3 and barely readable, but words like Graveyard got shortened to GY because there was too many letters. And for the current record holder of text "Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic" it almost wasn't even enough.

Modern tcg will make you need this Duke card lmao

I was under the impression it was a safety thing. If you grab loose foil like that it will form to the hand crushing it to turn the knob and therefore you know the home has had "visitors" without you saying so.

I was permitted to close my account....without any hassle. Sign into my.roku.com and delete account is as the bottom. Selecting "don't want to use this anymore" gives you a box with 255 charachter limit (because of course they don't want to hear a real reason) and then when you hit send you just get "Thank you, account closed, if you come back you will need a new account"

Surprisingly, suspiciously, painless.

I know this one! It was mentioned specifically as Port Arthur, a contention of the russo-japanese war, at the turn of the 1900s. Specifically would call your attention to the part where they lost their main fleet, and called upon the Baltic Fleet (yes hoho THAT baltic) that made a trip around Africa in what became known as the Voyage of the Damned for all of the absolute chicanery and Lethal stupidity that took place on that nearly 9 month trip that culminated in catastrophic losses for the russians, and is one of the major pressures on Tzar Nicholas II to get involved in ww1.

Anyway that's one of the parts of the story as of how we're all in this fucking mess.

Things do not exist in a bubble. If gaming can get away with taking your ownership of games, it will come to another industry next. Games are one of the most profitable industries in the world now, as much as people like to treat it as a "thing children do" - it is actively participating in writing the playbooks of other industries. People need to be made aware of the scummy shit the industry has gotten up to without any of the proper regulations to curb it.
