Had a friend in high school who told me I looked like this character or idk I forget. And that I sounded like them too. Several people had remarked I sound like one of the female characters on this show. And as a teenage male egg, that was pretty based. That was real friendship.

    No haha I just was going through stuff and it got better over time, I wrote it out and worked out the issues using what I learned in therapy. Having some trans issues too, like I'm just not able to begin medical transition immediately, Ive been waiting for longer than I'd like, but I'm transitioning without meds for the moment. Its frustrating, but it works. I'm gonna get there eventually.

    I'm interesting I just am out of the habit of acting on it.
    Theres a bit in a book I'm reading about imagining filming yourself all day. What would the video look like? (it'd be a video of you sitting at the computer). And that imagery is meant to be inspiration enough for me to work on my avoidance. TBH the entire CBT book for avoidance can be summed up by that "gamer posture" meme where the left is bad posture and the right is great posture but its a cat girl with a big butt. This meme is all I think about while I'm imagining the camera pointed at me, gaming all day. In other words, my day would be better if I had... Better posture 😹

    I had the opposite happen, my therapist wanted me to "just try estrogen for two weeks" to see if my foggy brain symptoms would resolve. Scared me and I decided to keep working on my depression symptoms without her help. But I did keep in mind the more helpful things she did to help me crack my egg.

    Where can I buy a quality pleated skirt? I'd prefer something not 100% polyester. It seems like such a helpful passing item (two thirds rule) and yet not so easy to find. I found some denim skirts recently, and Ive gotta say that might be the ticket for me.
