Microsoft has gone too far: including a Game Pass ad in the Settings app ushers in a whole new age of ridiculous over-advertising (www.techradar.com)

Windows 11 is getting out of hand with its push for advertisments, frankly - remember the recent full-screen pop-up to persuade users to install Edge or other Microsoft services? Then another advertisment was placed in the Start menu, and now Microsoft has finally worn my temper thin - with a new Game Pass ad coming to the...

Come on man, stop giving them good ideas!

Isreal is a bit busy at the moment. Would be cool to have a wholly home grown resurgence though!

Guest_User ,

That phrase is way before the IT crowd

Guest_User ,

Fantastic show and I certainly approve the reference!

Massive congratulations

Everyone? Well let me be a change then. I love my smart watch. It vibrating wakes me up easier than alarm. Step and sleep tracking is really useful to me. While a gimmick sure, I really enjoy being able to update and change my watch face on a whim. Even with always on display, constant heart rate tracking and step tracking, my watch easily lasts 48 hours and charges within an hour while I'm in the bathroom getting ready in the morning.
I get it's not for everyone but far cheaper than a Rolex and way more functionality.

Google's "Manifest V2" Chrome extension phaseout next month is expected to impact the original uBlock Origin extension, which still uses the V2 framework and has 37 million users (www.theregister.com)

The new MV3 architecture reflects Google's avowed desire to make browser extensions more performant, private, and secure. But the internet giant's attempt to do so has been bitterly contested by makers of privacy-protecting and content-blocking extensions, who have argued that the Chocolate Factory's new software architecture...

Running Linux? Graphic drivers all updated and is FF updated?

Guest_User ,

I get your point but totally disagree this is the same as SWATing. People can die from that. While this is bad, she was excluded from stores, not murdered

Guest_User ,

Does it still have "hidden test" working?

Guest_User ,

I don't think they do view it as negative, their stock is climbing aggressively on this news.

Where did you make the admin account if you don't mind me asking. You saying you made a local admin account or maybe an admin account in AD?

Darknet Drug Dealers Arrested After Packages of Meth-Laced Adderall Repeatedly Returned to Sender (www.404media.co)

Police arrested three men accused of selling thousands of pills of meth-laced “Adderall” on various darknet marketplaces and mailing them through the United States Postal Service through a fictitious business called “Professional Paper Filing Inc.” that listed a real return address of an uninvolved business. That...

Guest_User ,

Wrong, fake addresses get picked up and flagged quickly. Valid addresses are required to keep the operation moving. One dark net dealer used the addresses of sex offenders as the addresses are publicly listed, and he didn't care if they got caught with drugs.

"I thought I saw a drug dealer in a helicopter"

Guest_User ,

Love how it realizes the mistake and does nothing to correct it. Can relate

Guest_User ,

It keeps on claiming. The over all earning results were fantastic. The stock is going ballistic due to the correct info, not the mistake.

Do specific cars actually make you think of other men's cocks? I too think pavement princess trucks are a joke but I just don't understand why other people seem to think of genitals when they see vehicles.

Guest_User ,

Huh I guess there isn't an age limit to dick jokes lol thanks for sharing!

Guest_User ,

No, you can still run admin commands from a non admin console which is kind of neat.

Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed it seems 🙄

My YouTube recommendation page is full of channels with sub 100 subscribers. Because I actually watch them since I find those videos engaging for different reasons. If you actually watch small YouTube channels YouTube is more than happy to serve those channels to you.

Guest_User , (edited )

That's a fair point, however with a good bit of the videos recommend to me I highly doubt they are paying for exposure. Many don't have the absolute basic skills when it comes to cinematography. Personally I enjoy watching random non professionals show their interests. But I don't think they are paying to show their videos to people like me.

"cuddle" with them... Yea I'm sure that's what they're doing
