    Well, first thing is, it is actually a joke.

    Second thing is we're talking about a cartoon character, and a straw man at that. It'd be different if this was about actual named individuals.

    And thirdly this is Lemmy, where Eat the Rich is understood to be a humorous proposition rather than a literal injunction to cannibalism and both mods and admins are resistant to the bad faith arguments of Liberals/Conservatives that would have you believe otherwise.

In a study by Altemeyer, 68 authoritarians played a three-hour simulation of the Earth's future entitled the Global Change Game.     If someone were to go about wearing a helicopter costume, hanging out with other helicopters, in short if their lived experience were such that they could reasonably say they identified as a helicopter, then I'd have no problem with it.

    The world needs more weird people and less authoritarian followers.

    Unfortunately most people claiming to identify as attack helicopters are actually self identifying as cunts.

    The problem with IPA's is not that people enjoy them or that brewers brew them and pubs stock them. The problem is that there's so many of them, all purporting to be slightly different, that it's pushing out other kinds of beer. The amount of times I have walked into a pub and there's somewhere between three and seven IPA's and I ask if they've got any stouts and the answer is, "We've got Guinness."
