    I used to get some documents sent in a password encrypted zip file, they regularly messed up the password, so i ended up just brute forcing them when i received them since it was easier and faster (usually like 15 seconds)

    Not very relevant here since i knew roughly the length of the password and it was quite short, but i thought it was pretty funny

    In the earlier comments someone said supporting a party that would overthrow the government is bad, and you said

    Which sounded like a "yeah but i wouldn't overthrow the government", leading to me assuming you considered yourself a republican

    Less likely to accidentally loose access due to defederation? 🤷‍♂️

    They usually have no security at all though for some reason, maybe for the same reason viruses spread like crazy in the early days of the internet, people didn't consider that and assumed everyone was acting in good faith

    Making a secure device isn't reeeally that hard these days, as long as you don't also have to consider physical access (which, if someone has access to physically probe the chip in your brain, you have bigger problems)
