MHH interesting. I honestly haven't really given kde a fair shot since KDE4 maybe I need to force myself to use Plasma 6. Gnome has really gotten on my nerves lately. But I also know that on Plasma I will mostly recreate my gnome experience (Super key, hot corner ...) since these are so ingrained in me from over a decade of using gnome.

I agree but recently the user themes extension broke notifications and I've already slimmed down my extensions to only the most necessary ones ... So now I'm honestly thinking about trying Plasma properly.

Incredibly I've had two printers I've never really had issues with.

  1. The brother laser my sister uses with Ubuntu without a hitch since forever
  2. The canon inkjet printer/scanner that is wifi connected in my flatshare

Antennapod does offer that by hooking into the gpodder.net API.ive had varying success with gpodder.net but hosting that yourself (I host it as an app on my Nextcloud) is a breeze

MHH 🤔 I see your point. However I would consider this could be an uncut penis which just stretches the foreskin back making it look almost cut when it's erect (those definitely exist)

As a Linux nerd and Privacy/Open source advocate it's tough to admit. But I can't use DuckDuckGo. I work as a Linux Sysadmin and Google is the only search engine reliably returning good results (especially on more obscure topics). With DuckDuckGo I've often noticed that it will simply "drop" words from you search terms (i.e. if you search "yellow computer chair" it might just show you any kind of yellow chair or something like that) which makes it unusable for precise searches.

Good mini PC for around 100€

My current setup consists of a Raspberry Pi 4 with 4gb RAM and a 1tb external SSD. I'm thinking of getting a used mini PC for around 100€ to replace that tho because it would give me a lot more power and especially RAM (I currently need to use an 8gb swap file). My plan so far is to get a used mini PC that's quiet, has a...

Can't quite speak for the n100 but I got a n305 one of these "China PCs" it's passively cooled (which was important since it's running in my bedroom) and seems to have amazing performance for what I need (I put jellyfin on there). I'm quite happy after futzing around with ARM SBCs and external drives this just works so well.

Jup same here. We have a colleague that constantly reminds everyone that we're not properly patched (even running eol versions) but there's always something to be done that's a higher priority.

One of my favourite uses of memes recently was when someone posted this meme in our meme group and then someone else posted it again like 2 entries later. Thus fulfilling the anxiety

I'll have you know that I eat a vegetarian not vegan diet and I really don't have a man bun (got no hair for that) ...
The stickers on the laptop however really felt like you took a photo of my machine.

Also if it wasn't obvious I run arch
