At that size, that death would probably come the moment anything exited it, from it suddenly taking up too much blood and leaving the brain without enough.
I've literally seen a sliced up, tumor infested dick that looked just like this. My parents decided that it would be a fun family excursion to see the Human Body Exhibit, not realizing it would scar us forever. I was about 9 at the time.
