    My favorite "viruses" were rotating the display upside down and changing the keyboard layout. But that was literally in middle school, not so much old school.

    I don't like Biden either, but anyone with half a brain knows there are two choices in the 2020 election.     I'm fairly moderate, and extremely moderate for a Lemmy user.

    I'm sure you're decent, even though you try to make fun of me for having a distinct political ideology that doesn't conform to the leftist internet hivemind.

    Most of my biggest priorities are left leaning, but outside the scope of common discourse. Such as independence from Chinese rare earth elements, prohibiting child marriage, and banning cigarettes and tobacco.

    I'm a compliance engineer, and I honestly love when ISO standards are goofy like this. The last one I contributed to required me to build a custom testing robot. Hopefully the voting committee doesn't notice the scotch tape and cardboard. Holding it together.

    A good audio setup makes a huge difference! But I wouldn't spend more than like 200 dollars if all you want is clean sound.

    I've literally seen a sliced up, tumor infested dick that looked just like this. My parents decided that it would be a fun family excursion to see the Human Body Exhibit, not realizing it would scar us forever. I was about 9 at the time.

    You'd be surprised how often I have CPU compatibility issues in Linux. Completely unheard of in windows as long as you have the processing power.

    Lol this reminds me of when I was living in the Philippines. I mostly ate rice with an egg and some sort of fish they called isda pambaboy, which translates to "fish for the pigs". I've always wondered if I exposed myself to too much mercury during this time..

    bad news bears a ton of spices are full of lead (consumer reports has some info but it’s partially paywalled) so is that 1984 Garfield mug and most fiber sources and anything brightly colored from before 1978 (4 yrs after women were allowed to get credit cards in their name) and many water bottles with a vacuum sealed interior...

    Why would they use lead solder? The walls have lead in between, but it's all insulated off unless you somehow break through the steel

    Your insurance might cover it. It's usually just listed under a specialist visit. Anyone can get allergy tested and it only takes like an hour. Look up local allergists.
