I used to lie down and sleep in 2 minutes. Nowadays I sometimes struggle (still rare though luckily). Hope his will not become a "getting older" thing. Anyways, when I struggle I just listen to the audiobook I currently listen to anyway (and hate myself if I forgot to set the timer or at least a clipmark). Works most of the time.
White noise? IDK, but I don't think I could fall asleep to some white dude rambling about The Great Replacement, the fall of "old internet" (but by "old internet", they mean "white people not getting criticized for racism that is 'totes just joking' "), how VTubers are getting cancelled for supporting AI art, etc.
This is so fucking me! I like to listen to ghost stories, crime stories, unsolved mysteries podcasts when i go sleep. I don't like wearing earphone when I'm trying to sleep but i have to now because it gives my roommate the creeps lol
