You might check the dbzer0 instance and if it's not there, you could create it there. It's pretty sailor friendly.

Its a network where you (mainly?) share music with other users. I think you can call it a p2p network where its very encouraged to share your stuff as well if you want people to let you download from them.

It even has an open source app for android. You just make an account (only username and password) and you can start using the service.
