Challenge accepted.

So, this comic is actually #5 in a 6-part series. One that's gone increasingly ridiculous as it's progressed.

The villain here is Lasso Man. The lasso tool is a selection tool, a way to select something by drawing around it, letting you do whatever you want to the selection. In this comic, Lasso Man is using his power to take parts of other people and add them onto himself, gaining their powers.

In panel 5, we see he took the powers of Copy and Paste, who were featured in a previous comic. We're also introduced to Cut in that comic.

in panel 2, the guy in Green is Undo/Redo/whatever.

In panel 6, we get a few more characters. The guy in red is Slice, which is like an upgraded version of Crop. It's used to slice up an image into pieces that you can do stuff with.

The dude in orange with the purple helmet is presumably the Spraypaint function, which is a type of painting tool with a customizable "brush". The one with the drop I guess is Liquify, which is a type of filter that let's you distort images.

Panel 11 is confusing without context. See that purple arm? It belonged to Paint Bucket Man. He can fill in selected areas with a specific color. In this case, turning that woman solid "stone".

In panel 14, the dude uses Generative Fill, which can be best described as asking an AI to fill in this section, hence the weird finger results.

Finally, we've got the wizard up next. He uses the Magic Wand tool, which is another selection tool that basically uses "AI" to determine what you want to select. With this tool, you can adjust its tolerance to determine how little or how much it considers worth selecting. In this case, the wizard turns the tolerance all the way, telling it to as much as possible.

Then he deletes it.

Best part is, there's still one last comic left.

In the previous comic, Lasso Man killed Type Man. So I presume it was his powers at play that created those letters.

There's a difference between defending him and disputing you. If he was anyone else and you were still saying the same argument, I'd still be disputing your point.

No, this is equivalent to victim blaming. If Trump wins, it's because of Trump and the people who voted for him.

If trump is really so bad that we cannot let him get elected, why not just run an easy win with a competent nobody candidate with Brandon's moderate nothing platform

They're dissociating the numbers on the right from their normal 2-digit value into being two separate 1-digit values. 16 is not sixteen, it's a one and six. The value of 2 is between 1 and 6.

Same goes with 3 being between 2 and 4.

Then they do even more delightfully dumb shit when extrapolating this logic to 4.

In reality, the things in OPs image are just $8 a piece.

In a sense, but it's a common cyberpunk theme. I remember an old movie called Repo Men with a similar premise, which was based off a pretty dope book, Repossession Mambo.

Its essentially the same premise, but with loaning artificial organs.

I actually had a similar situation. I found out I had a neighbor stealing my wifi a few years ago because of BT shenanigans.

I gave the guest wifi pw to the previous neighbor, who must've written it down somewhere. The new neighbor was a douche who kept piggybacking off of it to watch stuff with his shitty little kid, so I'd occasionally get notifications on my network. When I confronted him about it, he got belligerent and threatened violence.

So I paired to his device and blasted porn at full volume.

It's all good, my dude. I run old school cabling for my devices so I never have to deal with these shenanigans. Plus it's been over a decade since this happened and I haven't seen that family since. They left me alone after the incident and were quite civil afterwards.
