Honestly this just leaves me more confused. Maybe it's just where I live. People I would find in the woods? Hikers and foragers mostly, usually in their 50s likely minding their own business. Though, no chance of a bear here.

Or, might be because blahaj (I assume) uses Let's Encrypt as the certificate provider which is rather new and might not be recognized by the 3DS. LE, unlike other certificate providers, isn't scummy and provides them for free (as they should be).

I think it is! The metal block slides in that direction so it's rather intuitive. One lock I know that works the other way is my flat lock, and it's just wrong model installed incorrectly; it's upside down
