Not just lethargy really, chronic stress is really bad for your body. Also the symptoms make it more likely for people to not engage in good lifestyle choices like exercise and better food.

    Except transfem hormones are not a controlled substance, not addictive, purchased for therapeutic purposes and not for abuse, needed by a lot of people because of outdated/inefficient/underfunded healthcare systems.

    Clearly chemo needs a higher amount of expertise to prescribe and the treatment needs to be watched much more carefully, and estrogen clearly has less abuse potential than opioids.

    For my whole life I've been living in less than great places in regards to trans healthcare, without being able to solve this problem myself, I would not be here.

    Yeah, honestly I don't see the use case for pi as a desktop.

    It's cool to have it as a second device running little things you want to have up more of the time, but the desktop performance would be pretty limiting imo for most people.

    I think a VM would work for most cases? There are ways for Malware to escape from VMs.

    Similar thing would probably be a consideration with a live media boot, as Malware could infect another OS on the machine.

    I think I only ever lived in the real "center" of a city once when I was crashing at a friends place while looking for an apartment.

    All of my other places have been further out in neighborhoods outside of the center but there were still shops everywhere. Single use zoning and the tendency to obsess over shitty copypaste single family homes is the real culprit in the US.
