This meat looks unappetizing, and I already have reduced the amount of red meat and any animal I eat lately due to cholesterol. I'm practically lacto-ovo three days a week now.

I love meat but I hate this. Its too red and has no marbling. Its going to taste like bad leather.

IIRC meat by itself is not a "complete protein". There are still some amino acids you must get from other sources.

Beef, pork, poultry and fish are all considered complete protein foods. However, just because they may contain all the essential amino acids, doesn't mean they are a good source of them. Beef is lower in one than other foods, but still has it.
