Ahhh yes the fabled NHS America, if only, then when I go online people would be complaining about doctors not getting paid well enough, and not how everyone is paying huge chunks of money for literally any treatment of any kind.

"Americans have access to free healthcare..." Is a disingenuous statement that ignores the financial damage private healthcare does to everyone.

And yes Americans do have hospitals and doctors in the most literal sense, and you are unfortunate to go there if you want to be dept free. I hear ambulances are £5000 for a single ride.

It seems like the FOSS community is continuing to grow, and FOSS apps keep getting better (Immich reallh blew my mind recently), which is a big win 😎 but there are still many apps I use that I would kill for an open source alternative.
