Remember that Intel got their advantage by sabotaging AMD around 2009. They illegally bribed OEMs into not using AMD chips when AMD was ahead.

It's no wonder this company that can only use dirty tricks to get ahead turns out to be ran by israelis.

The EU found, in part:

That Intel paid rebates to manufacturers on the condition that they would buy all (Dell) or nearly all of their CPUs from Intel.
That it paid retail stores rebates to only stock x86 parts.

That it paid computer manufacturers to halt or delay the launch of AMD hardware, including Dell, Acer, Lenovo, and NEC

That it restricted sales of AMD CPUs based on business segment and market. OEMs were given permission to sell higher percentages of AMD desktop chips, but were required to buy up to 95% of business processors from Intel. At least one manufacturer was forbidden to sell AMD notebook chips at all.

“Intel has chosen to approve an unprecedented investment of $25 billion and to establish its new factory right here in Israel,” Israel’s finance minister Bezalel Smotrich wrote in a post on X on Tuesday.

Buying a startup and building a new factory are entirely different.

Intel is investing in israel because the board members and owners are israeli and they are ideologically motivated to support the Apartheid state.

It does not take a genius to realize that making your biggest investment ever in an active war zone where WW3 is likely to pop off is not a great plan. It would be like Russia starting a chip factory in the Donbass.

In any case the stock doesn't fall without reason. And unlike AMD with Ryzen there does not seem to be a magical comeback plan for Intel that is paying off over time. ARC has failed to deliver.

And if we wanna do semantics TikTok is not owned by China either

Yes it's all just extremely coincidental that Intel does their main investments in an Apartheids state in the middle east 7000 miles away instead of in America. Tell me how much research was done into calling TikTok a Chinese owned company? Even Bytedance is behind a few shell companies that dissolve their ownership from being traced to China. So by that logic I can now say that TikTok is not Chinese either.

When israel gives Intel massive subsidies to buid fabs there do you believe there is no ownership nor influence involved? There is absolutely no way that Intel can have such deep direct ties with israel without israel having a massive stake and influence in the company.

It's important for two reasons

First to build support and legimize a cause. if politicians actually listen then the violence would not have been justified yet Exemplified by schools that divested from israel without calling in the cops first.

Most brands on the boycott list are major global brands such as Mondelez, Unliver, Pepsico etc. As their products have similar barcodes worldwide most of the brands check out between countries.

I checked it, Paramount Studios publicly proclaimed as one of the very first that they stand with israel. So the boycott claim is completely valid.

They also donated 1 million dollars to israel and I cannot find anything about them donating to Palestine
