I'm gonna recognize that what I said came across way way more harsh than was intended, this was meant to be playful, as are my responses below - I seem to be learning that my tone and how I speak do not always translate well to being written - for this, I apologize. I'd like to state - that you are more than welcome to drink or do what you want. I was attempting to razz op - not berate op... even though milk is straight up disgusting and I gag when people drink it by itself and I cannot understand why anyone would make that choice - it is their choice.

I struggle with it, but still manage to find fun in what blizzard made. I understand that blizz is not what blizz was. I gave up hearthstone. But still enjoy d2 and d3 and I'm hoping the changes they made to d4 will be good. I played wow 20 years ago, coming back now feels like a new game and it does manage to spark nostalgia in me. I hear what you are saying, but I'm not quite done with blizz yet.... Looking at you POE2.

It took me a long time to stop eating meat, longer than I would have liked, but I managed to stop when it finally felt like I wasn't going without - and that's a lot of work for someone raised in meat and taters.

But one thing I do know is that shaming people or making people feel bad for eating meat isn't the best way to go about converting people to vegetarians... It just makes you look like a jerk.

If you want to help people eat less meat, provide easy recipes for full meals that have a meat like substitute that doesn't suck. What worked for me was beans - specifically black bean burgers because I love burgers - so it took a long time to find the right black bean burger for me.

It just takes starting with one thing - and if it ends with one thing, that's okay too because that person will consume less meat because of the change.

Sorry. End rant.

You posted a meme that is in a round about way someone feeling guilty about eating meat yet continuing to do - that is the underlying theme of this. So I made a comment about how shaming people for eating meat doesn't help. I'm not saying you were shaming anyone - on the surface level it is funny, and that's fine, I'm just saying ultimately it made me think about people who treated me like shit for eating meat before.

I think you might be experiencing the Baader–Meinhof phenomenon, bc I've checked through the last few days, there are a few anime memes, and like... 1 "porn" meme... So not exactly like this places is flooded with that.

I don't really feel like they detract or distract - anime is popular culture and that is gonna end up here and anywhere online where a bunch of sweaty nerds conversate... Same with porn.

Not trying to say "just block them" -- but, just block them? There are plenty of users and instances Ive blocked because I do not align with their values. It's a little work upfront, but your viewing pleasure will be better afterwards.
