What can you get to within a 15-minute walk of your house?

A recent YouGov survey asked Americans what they think they should be able to get to within a 15-minute walk of their house.

Of these choices, I can currently walk to all of them from my apartment, aside from a university (no biggie, I'm not currently studying, although there is a Tafe within walking distance), a hospital, and a sports arena.

How many can you get to with a 15 minute walk from your house?

As an American you could ask me what should be in a 15 minute neighborhood and I'd answer things but I can't walk off of my street without taking my life in my hands. The only thing I can walk to is my neighbors' houses.

It's not crime. The roads are narrow two lanes with no shoulder, just a ditch on the side. High speeds and lots of commercial truck traffic plus cars speeding even more. Last time I walked home from the car shop I had four people stop and offer me a ride because walking is that dangerous.

I try to speak respectfully to whoever I speak to and that includes using pronouns they want so getting it wrong is always unintentional. But I'll still always speak to any group of people as "you guys". I use that speaking to my 16 yo daughter and her girl friends. It's just not gendered speech, and I know some disagree but whatever

Those laws stopped like four people. People warm up their ICE cars in the cold. And what kind of remote start shuts off after 10 minutes? I've had a few cars with remote start and never even heard of this. Even if that was the case, set a 10m timer on your phone and restart it.

There's a lawyer I like to watch on YouTube but once he advocated jif pronunciation and I've barely watched him since then. If he apologized I might change my opinion. What's even worse is that he's obsessed with proper pronunciation. I think he was just trying to create drama to drive interactions but for me it backfired.

I have told my wife and several of my friends stop sending me things from ________, ________, and _________. I can't see them and I refuse to do what is required.

I use Google for maps and I'm still using their email for one account but I hate it. Duckduckgo's maps are way less useful. I know they're tracking my every move. I want to normalize leaving my cell phone at home at this point.
