programmer_belch ,

I would love the one with the you are on your own error in a shirt

programmer_belch ,

With witty language, I love it

programmer_belch ,

I also play girl characters when avaliable, I like how badass is having a girl gunning down or slicing enemies.

programmer_belch ,

If it is for just taking images of your screen a cron job or systemd timer can do the trick taking a screenshot twice an hour.

programmer_belch ,

I just dont really see use for this, you could have a historic record of opened programs (filtering system programs) and for the work you are doing in them, the timed screenshot option.

As with everything Microsoft, it's just an exvuse to cram their New Product^TM^

Getting a rule mask <3 (lemmy.blahaj.zone)

Screenshot of various amazon listings of eye masks for sleeping. They all have cutesy kidish design. One of them stands out, as it is not a cute eye mask for sleeping, but a blindfold marked as sexy with a view from a womans back wearing it. The unfitting blindfold is meant to be interpreted as being funny. Please find it funny.

programmer_belch ,

I would love to use one of those eye masks but my face gets too hot when the mask has fur so no luck for me.

Of course, I found it funny

programmer_belch ,

Even if it's on device (lol), it is another of the resource hogs that microsoft loves

I got stuck on the same thing

I like collectathon games so I thought of the ship log as the collectibles in the game, trying to fond every clue but when I got to the ash twins, I stayed on the correct spot two entire cycles and the teleporter didn't want to work. Then I searched for it to confirm I was following the correct lead.

The game was really fun but sometimes it asked you to be on position x at time t and gave you only two opportunities with 5 minutes of waiting in between. Something like a teleporter detector when you get close enough to them, as with the radio detector would have helped.

I really enjoyed the game and 100% completed it in two sittings. I keep recommending it.

programmer_belch ,

I didn't know about that interaction, another thing to help the people I keep recommending the game

programmer_belch ,

That damned snail, so annoying moving down the street

programmer_belch ,

I think you could mount the iso and manually delete the packages you dont want. Mounting an iso is as easy as

# mount -o loop /path/to/iso /path/to/mountpoint

You can also chroot into it while it is mounted: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Chroot

Disclaimer, I am not sure if deleting files inside the iso makes it weight less.

programmer_belch ,

Adding a speedrunner timer to their game that takes into account load times

programmer_belch ,

The autopilot will turn off just before hitting them to make you liable anyway

programmer_belch ,

It seems reasonable for the autopilot to turn off just before collission, my point was more in the line of "You won't get a penny from Elon".

People who rely on Full Self Driving or whatever it's called now, should be liable for letting a robot control their cars. And I also think that the company that develops and advertises said robot shouldn't get off scot-free but it's easier to blame the shooter rather than the gun manufacturer.

programmer_belch ,

So you are telling me the cat noises are just the TLS handshake to verify the connection?

programmer_belch ,

Not many languages let you do advanced math with their base, usually libraries do the heavy lifting and in numpy's case it isn't even written in python.

programmer_belch ,

Then a critical bug is added by doof with his machine to alter code and everyone stops using it and deletes all archival evidence.

programmer_belch ,

Everything about this meme is so specific, I love it

Any post complaining or even talking about tech isn't complete without someone recommending linux or dropping their whole neofetch

    programmer_belch ,

The problem is that if copyrighted works are used, you could generate a copyrighted artwork that would be made into public domain, stripping its protection. I would love this approach, the problem is the lobbyists don't agree with me.

    programmer_belch ,

I think that if I paint with my own brush a mario artwork that isn't to Nintendo's standart, they have the legal power to take it down from wherever I upload

    programmer_belch ,

I'm really not in the know abput these things but I have seen free fangames taken down because they used copyrighted property even though the creators don't receive a penny.

    programmer_belch ,

In my opinion making AI stop taking copyrighted content can only be enforced by making all AI development open source, datasets and models included. This is the way to loosen the control bigmonopolies like Google and Microsoft have over it.

    programmer_belch ,

I think that if someone uploads mario doing warcrimes to twitter and it gets viral, there is no "I made it with my own brush" that can save you from Nintendo taking the artwork down.

This example also works with a fanart of a celebrity in a sexual context without any AI use.

    programmer_belch ,

Tell me that while parallel parking

    programmer_belch ,

The image kind of shows that statement. The car is just a black white box with a power button, no clue how it works, just that it's working for now

    programmer_belch ,

Well then, another project to do, DDOS wikipedia using a crawler that checks the average and maximum amount of nodes to get to philosophy

    programmer_belch ,

In Reagan's America worms looked like circumcised penises
    Exhibit A:
    Exhibit A

    programmer_belch ,

    Still a phallic looking worm

    programmer_belch ,

I actually haven't watched GenV, is it worth it or just banking on the The Boys universe?

    programmer_belch ,

Well then, to the watching bin it goes

    programmer_belch ,

Where can I get this for when I open qtile in wayland mode?

    programmer_belch ,

I was asking about the wallpaper, not the WM

    programmer_belch ,

Thanks! I didn't know hyprland had default wallpapers

I need my keys to sound like I'm using a typewriter, the pc is not a problem

    programmer_belch ,

Hmm, I think it will be a good teplacement for my current one, some keys are beginning to fail.

    programmer_belch ,

I want it to sound, not scream "IM TYPING IM TYPING"

    programmer_belch ,

Simply put, Fuck Melon Musk. I hope someone straps a bomb to his private plane with public routes that anyone can search.

I am not delusional enough to think people will one day leave twitter for greener pastures. As always it's too much hassle to just care a little about your privacy so normal users will never look outside the walled gardens of the bird.

I have never and will never make a xhitter account just by principle, I don't care if that leaves me out of some conversations.

    Sorry for the rant
